| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje možnostem financování bydlení v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje možnosti bydlení, vývoj od dob socialismu až po současnou krizi, a dále charakterizuje způsoby financování, tudíž hypoteční úvěr a stavební spoření, spotřebitelský úvěr a státní příspěvek na bydlení. Praktická část definuje model rodiny, která se rozhodla pro koupi rodinného domu a zvažuje vhodné možnosti financování. Na závěr je uvedeno zhodnocení výhodnosti obou variant. |
| Abstract in different language: | he bachelor thesis is devoted to housing financing options in the Czech republic. The theroetical part describes the options of housing, the evolution from the time of socialism to the current crisis and forth characterizes the metods of financing in detail, consequently the morgage loan, building savings, consumer loan and housing allowance. The practical part defines a model of a family, which decided to buy a family house and considers appropriate financing options. In the final stage is presented the advantages of both variants. |
