| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá reformami zemí Visegrádské čtyřky. V práci jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, vysvětlen pojem penzijní systém, charakter účasti v něm a jeho historie. Následně je vysvětlen pojem důchodová reforma, důchody reforem, jejich cíle a možnosti její řešení. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze reforem v Maďarsku, Polsku a na Slovensku, jejich důvodům a dopadům. Na závěr je provedena komparace jednotlivých systémů, výsledků reforem a návrh doporučení pro Českou republiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the reforms of the Visegrad Four countries. The theoretical background is defined, the concept of pension system, the character of participation in this system and its history are explained. Next, the concept of pension reform, pension reforms, their objectives and possibilities of its solution are explained. The second part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of reforms in Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, their reasons and impacts. In conclusion, a comparison of the individual systems, the results of the reforms and a proposal of recommendations for the Czech Republic is made. |
