| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku jednotlivých možností financování bydlení. V první části práce jsou uvedeny pojmy a vztahy finanční matematiky, potřebné k výpočtům v dalších částech práce. Dále je podrobně rozebrán hypoteční úvěr a další produkty pro financování bydlení. Je zde uvedena jejich základní charakteristika, právní úprava či výhody a nevýhody každého z produktů. Zmíněna je i možnost investic a spoření za účelem koupi nemovitosti v budoucnu. V další části práce jsou uvedeny současné nabídky bydlení v České republice a provedeny výpočty výhodnější varianty. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of housing financing options. In the first part of the work, concepts and relations of financial mathematics necessary for calculations in other parts of the work are presented. The mortgage loan and other housing financing products are also discussed in detail. Their basic characteristics, legal regulation or advantages and disadvantages of each of the products are listed here. The possibility of investments and savings for the purpose of buying real estate in the future is also mentioned. In the next part of the work, the current housing offers in the Czech Republic are presented and the calculations of the more favorable variant are carried out. |
