| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje změny Ústavy, které se udály v souvislosti s obsazením postů nejvyšších ústavních činitelů. Analyzuje vliv a chápání jednotlivých článků Ústavy prostřednictvím dosavadních prezidentů Václava Havla, Václava Klause a Miloše Zemana. Je zde popsán vývoj Ústavy od vzniku České republiky až do současnosti. Práce taktéž obsahuje porovnání jednotlivých osobností, jejich vlivů a závěrem hodnotí jejich celkové působení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis describes the changes to the Constitution that occurred in connection with the occupation of the posts of the highest constitutional officials. The thesis examines how much influence the previous presidents Václav Havel, Václav Klaus, and Miloš Zeman had on understanding the individual articles of the Constitution. It describes the development of the Constitution from the foundation of the Czech Republic to the present day. The work also includes a comparison of the individual personalities and their influences and concludes with an assessment of their overall impact. |
