| Abstract: | Téma nezaměstnanost Itálie bylo vybráno kvůli své nadčasovosti a aktuálnosti. Itálie je jedna ze zemí s největší diverzifikací ekonomiky v rámci jedné země. Cílem práce je vysvětlit teoretická východiska spojená s řešenou problematikou v Itálii a následně analyzovat situaci nezaměstnanosti na celkové i regionální úrovni. V průběhu práce autorka zkoumá faktory, které mají vliv na nezaměstnanost v jednotlivých částech a pomocí dat z evropské databáze EUROSTAT uvádí analýzy (regresní, korelační, SWOT atd.), které pomáhají k bližšímu zkoumání a nalezení odpovědí na výzkumné otázky stanovené na začátku praktické části. V závěru práce autorka shrnuje situaci, porovnává jednotlivé části země a definuje klíčové faktory pro budoucí fungování trhu práce v Itálii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of Italian unemployment was chosen because of its timelessness and topicality. Italy is one of the countries with the greatest economic diversification within a single country. The aim of this thesis is to explain the theoretical background related to the issue at hand in Italy and then to analyze the unemployment situation at the overall and regional levels. In the course of the thesis, the author examines the factors that influence unemployment in the different regions and, using data from the European EUROSTAT database, presents analyses (regression, correlation, SWOT, etc.) that help to examine in more detail and to find answers to the research questions set at the beginning of the practical part. At the end of the paper, the author summarises the situation, compares the different parts of the country, and defines the key factors for the future functioning of the labor market in Italy. |
