| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na GDPR v pracovním právu. První část pojednává o základních pojmech a principech osobních údajů. Dále se práce zabývá praktickými otázkami GDPR, jako je monitoring zaměstnanců, a jaký ma GDPR vliv na jednotlivé fáze pracovního poměru. V následující kapitole se věnuji rozhodovací praxi Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů a analýze judikatury v této oblasti. Závěrečná část prezentuje zahraniční zkušenosti a exkurze v oblasti ochrany osobních údajů v pracovním právu. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na GDPR v kontextu pracovního práva a přispět k lepšímu porozumění této problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on personal data protection in employment law and GDPR. The first part discusses the basic concepts and principles of personal data protection. The thesis further deals with practical GDPR issues such as employee monitoring and how GDPR affects the different stages of the employment relationship. The subsequent chapters focus on the decision-making practice of the Office for personal data protection and the analysis of case law in this field. The final part presents foreign experiences and excursions in the area of personal data protection in employment law. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of GDPR in the context of employment law and contribute to a better understanding of this issue. |
