| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu podniku Pebal s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na teoretickou rešerši odborné literatury. Druhá praktická část aplikuje poznatky získané z teoretické části na reálný podnik. Poté je vybraná strategie implementována a pomocí stanovených strategických cílů by měla být naplněna. Informace pro tvorbu práce byly získány z odborné literatury, databází, interních dokumentů podniku a z osobní komunikace se zástupci podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master´s thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the company Pebal s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on a theoretical professional literature research. The second practical part applies the knowledge obtained from the theoretical part to a real enterprise. Then the selected strategy is implemented and through the set strategic objectives should be fulfilled. The information for the development of the thesis was obtained from professional literature, databases, internal documents of the company and from personal communication with representatives of the company. |
