| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu strategie expanze na zahraniční trh. Cílem práce je navržení takové strategie na základě zpracované literární rešerše, interní analýzy zkoumaného podniku a externí analýzy zvoleného trhu, a následná identifikace problematických oblastí této strategie včetně jejího zhodnocení. Literární rešerši je věnována první část práce, zatímco druhá část práce je vyhrazena pro vlastní analýzy, formulaci strategie a vyhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master's thesis focuses on the topic of foreign market expansion strategy. The aim of the thesis is to propose such a strategy based on a literature research, internal analysis of the examined company and external analysis of the selected market, and then to identify problematic areas of this strategy along with its evaluation. The first part of the thesis is dealing with the literature search, whereas the second part of the thesis is reserved for the actual analysis, strategy formulation and evaluation. |
