| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vývoj a sledování účinnosti sankčního mechanismu OSN uvaleného na Írán. První počátky o vývoji jaderného programu lze řadit k roku 1979, kdy byly zpozorovány nepatrné činnosti obohacování jaderného programu v Íránu, poté byl samotný vývoj pozastaven. Po irácko-íránské válce byl vývoj jaderného programu obnoven. První sankce OSN na omezení jaderného programu byly uvaleny v roce 2006. Sankce OSN se týkaly na omezení dovozu jaderného materiálu, materiálu dvojího užití, zákazu vývozu a dovozu konvenčních zbraní apod. Bakalářská práce sleduje, zda jsou tyto hodnoty dodržovány na základě stanovených ukazatelů a jak sankce ovlivnily ekonomickou situaci v zemi. Po zrušení sankcí OSN byla zavedena dohoda JCPOA, kde sleduji dodržování dohody. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on developing and monitoring the effectiveness of the UN sanctions mechanism imposed on Iran. The first beginnings of the development of the nuclear program can be dated back to 1979 when slight enrichment activities were noticed in Iran, after which the actual result was suspended. After the Iraq-Iran war, the development of the nuclear program was resumed. The first UN sanctions to curb the nuclear program were imposed in 2006. The UN sanctions concerned restrictions on the import of nuclear material, dual-use material, a ban on the export and import of conventional weapons, etc. The bachelor's thesis investigates whether these values are observed based on the set indicators and how the sanctions have affected the economic situation in the country. After lifting the UN sanctions, the JCPOA was introduced and I monitored compliance with the agreement. |
