Abstract: | Urbanizace mění charakter přírodní krajiny a s tím související teplotní režim ve městech. |
Abstract in different language: | Urbanization changes the urban landscape and leads to changes in air temperature. The creation of artificial surfaces by humans has a significant effect on the urban climate. The transformation of natural landscapes into urban environments, combined with the effects of climate change, causes people to be exposed to heat discomfort more often. This Master's Thesis deals with the influence of the temperature of a city is affected by different spatial structures within the urban area. To detect the areas with the highest temperatures, known as "hotspot areas," surface temperature mapping methods were used. In addition to the description of the surface temperature conditions of the territory, a questionnaire survey was conducted to determine the subjective perception of thermal comfort by people. Respondents were also asked to suggest measures that could improve thermal comfort. The most frequently mentioned measures included vegetation, specifically more greenery and trees, and more shade. |
