| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem investování do investičních nástrojů. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí, které se věnují obecnému vymezení pojmu investice, finančnímu trhu, jednotlivým investičním instrumentům a právní úpravě investic v České republice. Cílem práce je představit různé formy investování, podrobněji je rozebrat a seznámit čtenáře s fungováním finančních trhů a poskytnout základní popis právní úpravy investování v České republice. Práce využívá deskriptivní metodu a odbornou literaturu, aktuální legislativu a internetové zdroje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of investing in investment instruments. The thesis consists of four parts that focus on the general definition of investment, the financial market, individual investment instruments, and the legal regulation of investments in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to introduce various forms of investing, analyze them in more detail, acquaint the reader with the functioning of financial markets, and provide a basic description of the legal regulation of investing in the Czech Republic. The thesis uses a descriptive method and professional literature, current legislation, and internet resources. |
