| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu vybrané společnosti. Dynamické okolí, ve kterém podnik působí, je ovlivňováno řadou faktorů, kterým se musí přizpůsobovat, aby udržel tempo s konkurenčními společnostmi v odvětví. Autor se v práci zabývá problematikou strategického managementu. Na základě zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti RK rent s.r.o. autor práce uvádí relevantní návrhy, které jsou následně prezentovány samotnému podniku. Tato doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení strategického řízení v dané organizaci, se týkají navržení strategických východisek podniku, zlepšení marketingové komunikace, investic do produktů podporující nulové nebo snížené emise a sledování aktuálních trendů v oblasti stavebních strojů a příslušné mechanizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a strategic analysis in selected company. The dynamic environment in which a company operates is influenced by several factors to which it must adapt to keep pace with competitors in the industry. In this paper, the author deals with the issue of strategic management. Based on the strategic analysis of RK rent s.r.o., the author of the thesis presents relevant proposals, which are subsequently presented to the company itself. These recommendations, which will lead to improved strategic management in the organisation are related to designing the company's strategic rationale, improving marketing communications, investing in products that promote zero or reduced emissions and monitoring current trends in construction machinery and related mechanisation. |
