| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je poskytnout strukturovaný přehled o stávajícím procesu, kterým si prochází osoba s tělesným postižením od podání žádosti až po získání bezbariérového bytu. Společně s tímto shrnutím struktury představím návrh opatření pro objasnění procesu, aby byl co nejvíce přehledný a transparentní. V teoretické části byly stručně vysvětleny základní pojmy související s problematikou zdravotního postižení, základních lidských potřeb a bydlení. Zároveň byla popsána struktura Odboru dostupného bydlení a sociálního začleňování (ODBSZ), společně s procesem získávání bezbariérového bytu. Cílem praktické části bylo evaluovat proces, kterým si prochází osoby s tělesným postižením. Zjištěno bylo, že proces získávání bezbariérových bytů je individuálně nastavený dle potřeb a možností každého žadatele. V závěru práce byla navržena opatření do praxe sociální práce v kontextu sociálního bydlení pro vstřícnější a uchopitelnější postup získání bezbariérového bytu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is to provide a structured overview of the current process that a person with a disability goes through, from the application to obtaining a barrier-free flat. Together with this summary of the structure, I will present a proposal for measures to clarify the process to make it as clear as possible and transparent. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts is related to disability, basic human needs and housing. At the same time, the structure of the Department of Affordable Housing and Social Inclusion (ODBSZ) was described, together with the process of obtaining a barrier-free apartment. The goal of the practical part was to evaluate the process that persons with disabilities go through. It was found that the process of obtaining barrier-free housing is individual set according to the needs and possibilities of each applicant. At the end of the thesis, measures were proposed for social work practice in the context of social housing to make the process of obtaining a barrier-free apartment more accessible and understandable. |
