| Abstract: | Tématem mé diplomové práce je všeobecná vnitřní správa. Práce se zabývá především úseku státního občanství a matrik. Hlavní část zájmu je věnována nabytí státního občanství České republiky udělením. Jsou zde rozebrány podmínky, průběh řízení od podání žádosti až po rozhodnutí ve věci. Zmíněná je také zjednodušená úprava udělení státního občanství a udělení státního občanství z důvodu významného přínosu pro Českou republiku. V práci je věnována pozornost též praktickému propojení úseku státního občanství a úseku matrik. Další část přináší rozbor statistik z úseku státního občanství. Poslední část práce je věnována právní úpravě státního občanství Slovenské republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my master thesis is general internal administration. The thesis deals mainly with the section of citizenship and registry offices. The main part of interest is devoted to the acquisition of citizenship of the Czech Republic by granting. The conditions, the course of the procedure from the application to the decision in the matter are discussed. Also mentioned is the simplified regulation of the granting of state citizenship and the granting of state citizenship due to its significant contribution to the Czech Republic. Attention is also paid to the practical interconnection of the state citizenship and registry offices. The next part presents an analysis of statistics from the state citizenship section. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the legal regulation of citizenship of the Slovak Republic. |
