| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pojmu brownfields a s tím spojeného udržitelného rozvoje území. Teoretická část představuje samotné pojmy, aktuálně platnou legislativu na mezinárodní, národní i místní úrovni a to včetně možnosti financování. Praktická část se poté zaměřuje na již realizované projekty, či na projekty, které revitalizaci ještě čekají. Stěžejní částí práce je poté rozpracování konkrétního brownfieldu v obci Holýšov. Je představena jeho historie, současnost i možný budoucí vývoj areálu. Součástí diplomové práce je i rozhovor s představitelkou města o této problematice v její obci. V závěru práce je definován pojem brownfields jako systémový problém a návrhy možného plošného řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the concept of brownfields and the related sustainable development of the territory. The theoretical part introduces the concepts themselves, current legislation at international, national and local level, including the possibility of financing. The practical part then focuses on the projects already implemented or still awaiting revitalisation. The main part of the work is then the elaboration of a specific brownfield in the municipality of Holýšov. Its history, present and possible future development of the site is presented. The thesis also includes an interview with a town representative about this issue in her municipality. The thesis concludes with a definition of the concept of brownfields as a systemic problem and suggestions for a possible solution. |
