| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a dopady mnoha vybraných novelizací úpravy o legislativy na úseku živnostenského podnikání. Hlavní zaměření této práce se zaměřuje na vznik a pozitivní i negativní dopad na živnostenské podnikání po novele zákonem č. 130/2008 Sb. Teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá pojetím právní úpravy, základních pojmů, historii úpravy atd. Druhá více praktická část práce se zaměřuje na dopady způsobené Novelou z roku 2008. V této praktické části identifikuji silná a slabá místa a pokusím se navrhnout dílčí řešení pro zefektivnění byrokracie na úseku živnostenské administrativy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with problematic and effets many amendments in area of trade business. Main content of this thesis os about iputs and permanent effects on Trade License Act after 2008. This thesis is devided in 8 charters. These can be recognized as theoretical an practical. Firt parf this thesis contains of theoretical chapters witch are focused on fundamental terms used in thesis, historical evolution of trade bussiness or actual frame of law. In second more practical part i focused on input caused amendment od trade bussines law made in 2008. In practical charter i try to find out improvement as well as week spots of this emendment. Aim of this thesis is focused around finding witch improvement really made sitution od treat law byrocracy easier a what could be done next to hepl bussinesman as well as byrocrats. |
