| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Celní správy ČR. Práce je členěna do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část pojednává o historii celnictví, současné právní úpravě v České republice, Vnitřní organizaci Celní správy ČR a v neposlední řadě o konkrétních vykonávaných agendách s odkazem na příslušnou právní úpravu. Praktická část obsahuje vyjádření vlastního názoru autora na současný stav Celní správy ČR a na možnosti zlepšení na základě teoretických informací získaných v předchozí kapitole. Současně byli osloveni dva příslušníci Celní správy ČR, zodpověděli obdobné otázky. Tím vzniká propojení praktický zkušeností s teorií, čímž se sleduje vytvoření objektivního názoru na problematiku Celní správy ČR a určení směru, kterým by se měla celní správa ubírat. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with problems of the Cumstoms administration of the Czech republic. Thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on history of cumstoms administration, legal basis of the current Customs administration of the Czech republic, internal structure and last but not least on specific agendas with reference to specific legislation. Practical part consists of personal opinion of the author on the current state and on options, which may result in improvements, based on knowledge gained from the theoretical part. Same questions were given to two current employees of this administration body, with the purpouse of gaining objective view on the current state of the Customs administration of the Czech republic, and which direction to take, by connecting theoretical knowledge with practical findings. |
