| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj BOZP v průběhu dějin až po současnost. Zaměřuje se na důležité historické momenty a s tím spojené právní úpravy. Úvodní část bakalářské práce obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu BOZP. Dále následuje podrobnější část o historickém vývoji a vzniku právní úpravy v oblasti BOZP. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na současné právní pojetí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví čerpající ze třech právních pramenů a to z mezinárodních, evropských pramenů a z právní úpravy v České republice. Poslední část je věnována BOZP ve 21. století a to prací v administrativě a s tím spjatými riziky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of OSH in the course of history up to present. It focuses on important historical moments and related legal ones adjustments. The introductory part of the bachelor's thesis contains an explanation of the concept of health and safety. Further followed by a more detailed section on the historical development and emergence of legislation in the area health and safety The second part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the current legal concept safety and health protection drawing on three legal sources, namely from international and European sources and from legislation in the Czech Republic. The last part is devoted to health and safety in the 21st century, and work in the administration and with it associated risks. |
