| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací územní samosprávy s občany. Pro kvalitní a efektivní komunikaci si nechají zpracovat od nezávislé agentury komunikační strategie, která analyzují interní, externí komunikaci a nástroje komunikace územních samospráv. Práce se především zaměřuje na externí komunikaci orgánů obce a krajů s občany, kdy přenos informací poskytují zejména úřad a představitelé veřejné správy pro občany pomocí různých nástrojů komunikace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the communication of the territorial self-government with citizens. For high-quality and effective communication, they have a communication strategy developed by an independent agency that analyzes internal and external communication and communication tools of local governments. The work mainly focuses on the external communication of municipal and regional authorities with citizens, when information transmission is mainly provided by the office and representatives of the public administration for citizens using various communication tools. |
