| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosem stanovení karyotypu cytogenetickými metodami u pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a výsledkovou část. Teoretická část obsahuje následující témata; cytogenetika, cytogenetická nomenklatura ISCN, nádorová cytogenetika a mnohočetný myelom. Výsledková část popisuje analýzu souboru dat získaných z vyšetření karyotypů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the contribution of karyotype determination by cytogenetic methods in patients with multiple myeloma. This work is divided into theoretical part and results. The theoretical part includes following topics: cytogenetics, cytogenetic nomenclature ISCN, oncocytogenetics and multiple myeloma. The results describe the analysis of the data file composed of karyotypes examinations. |
