| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývala tématem adaptace a vzdělávání dítěte s odlišným mateřským jazykem v prostředí mateřské školy, a to z pohledu pedagoga. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak hodnotí vlastní připravenost samotní pedagogové, zda se cítí být dostatečně připraveni v rámci pregraduálního studia, kde případně hledají další zdroje vzdělávání a jaké kompetence jsou podle nich klíčové pro práci s dítětem s OMJ. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the adaptation and education of a child with a different mother tongue in a kindergarten, concretelly from the perspective of teachers. The main goal of ths thesis was to find out how do the pedagogues themselves evaluate their own preparedness; whether they feel adequately prepared to educate children with different mother tongue; where they can get additional sources of information, and which competencies they realise as the most important for working with a child with different mother tongue. |
