Abstrakt v dalším jazyce:	Pension companies represent an essential element in the diversification of pension systems. Risk plays an integral part in their management, which is the focus of risk management. The contribution aims to present the risk management issue focused on actors and the application of the knowledge gained to a specific pension company. The paper is created on the basis of a literature search on the risk management issue. Further analysis is used to evaluate a specific application and synthesis at the end of the paper. Based on the contribution, it is possible to state that the company has created a robust risk management system that is transparent to the public. Further research can be focused on a comparison with other pension companies in different countries and comparing systems according to the minimum requirements imposed on companies in different countries.
