Abstract:	Článek v úvodu popisuje předpoklady odpovědnosti zhotovitele za vady díla, dále se zaměřuje na otázku dokončení díla, popisuje, co lze obecně považovat za vady díla a jaké typy vad existují a v neposlední řadě uvádí, jakým způsobem se vady oznamují, jaké jsou rozdíly mezi právy z odpovědnostmi za vady a právy ze záruky za jakost a jaká konkrétní práva z vadného plnění náleží objednateli v závislosti na typu zjištěných vad.
Abstract in different language:	The article begins by describing the prerequisites for the contractor's liability for defects in the work, then focuses on the issue of completion of the work, describes what is generally considered to be a defect in the work and what types of defects there are, and finally explains how defects are notified, the differences between the rights under liability for defects and the rights under the quality guarantee, and what specific rights the client is entitled to in the event of defective performance, depending on the type of defect found.
