| Abstract: | Práce popisuje činnost právního oddělení ve Státní zemědělské inspekci. Věnuje se SZPI jako takové, dále popisuje správní řízení, které je pro právní oddělení největší agendou. Zaměřuje se i na veřejné zakázky, kontrolu a tvorbu smluv v podání právního oddělení. Popisuje konzultační činnost právního oddělení pro jiné úseky inspekce a přibližuje účast právního oddělení na soudních jednáních, kde vybere i zajímavá rozhodnutí soudů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis describes the activities of the legal department in the Czech agriculture and food inspection authority (SZPI). It deals with SZPI as such, and also describes the administrative procedure, which is the biggest agenda for the legal department. It also focuses on public contracts, control and creation of contracts submitted by the legal department. It describes the consulting activities of the legal department for other sections of the inspection and provides an overview of the legal department's participation in court hearings, where it also selects interesting court decisions. |
