| Abstract in different language: | Legal anchoring of the gender reassignment is the actual topic around the world and in the Czech republic too. Because the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic were one federal state until 1992, it is therefore beneficial to make a detailed comparison of the legal institution of gender reassignment precisely between the legal systems of these two republics. In the end of this contribution, a possible procedure in legal regulation is also evaluated of the institute gender reasignment in legal systems both states |
