| Abstract in different language: | The paper on the topic of the blanket complaint against the decision to initiate a criminal prosecution will start with general knowledge about the indictment and the ordinary remedy that the complaint represents. A comparison of the current legislation with the forthcoming recodification of the Code of Criminal Procedure will not be left aside. Further, the decision-making of the Constitutional Court in relation to a blanket complaint against a decision to initiate a criminal prosecution will be discussed. |
