Abstract in different language: In the introduction to the paper, the author mentions the anchoring of freedom of expression both internationally and nationally, as well as the purpose, forms and content of freedom of expression. Since freedom of expression is not absolute, it must be restricted in certaincases. In the context of the case-law, the author has indicated which conditions must be met in order to be a con stitutionally acceptable restriction on freedom of expression. In conclusion, the author pointed to an attempt to introduce a new crime of spreading false information, citing arguments that justify its contradiction with the Constitution of the Slovak Republic.
