| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na fyziologické i patofyziologické procesy spojené s abusem alkoholu. Je zde věnovaná kapitola důležitým biomarkerům abusu alkoholu, které jsou klíčové pro diagnos-tiku problémů spojených s konzumací alkoholu. Dále jsem se věnovala především labora-torní diagnostice. V praktické části je popsána metodika, výsledky a vyhodnocení výzku-mu. Tato část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na statistiku a analýzu dat z ÚKBH FN Plzeň a následné porovnání s celostátním trendem v oblasti závislosti na alkoholu. Dále na vyhod-nocení kazuistik konkrétních pacientů. Výsledkem provedeného výzkumu je, že se celore-publikový trend výrazně neliší od dat z ÚKBH FN Plzeň. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on physiological and pathophysiological processes associated with alcohol abuse. There is a chapter devoted to important biomarkers of alcohol abuse, which are important for diagnosis of problems associated with alcohol consumption. Furthermore, I focused mainly to laboratory diagnostics. The methodology, results and evaluation of the research are described in the practical part. This part of the bachelor's thesis consists of statistics and data analysis from the ÚKBH FN Plzeň and subsequent comparison with the national trend in the field of alcohol addiction. Further, the thesis deals with the evaluation of case stu-dies specific patients. The result of the conducted research is that the audience-wide trend does not differ significantly from the data from the ÚKBH FN Plzeň. |
