| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma domácího násilí. Diplomová práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje charakteristice domácího násilí, kdy je vymezen pojem domácího násilí, jeho vznik, druhy, fáze a nejčastější mýty o domácím násilí. V další kapitole je popsán profil pachatele a oběti spolu s vysvětlením agresivního chování. Zásadní kapitolou pro diplomovou práci je kapitola třetí, která pojednává o formách domácího násilí spolu s možnými trestnými činy, které se za domácí násilí dají považovat. Následující kapitola se věnuje legislativě České republiky, která domácí násilí ve svých normách upravuje, a to v normách ústavně-právních, trestně-právních a správně-právních. Poslední kapitola uvádí orgány činné v trestním řízení a jejich roli v trestním řízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the topic of domestic violence. The diploma thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the characteristics of domestic violence, where the concept of domestic violence, its origin, types, phases and the most common myths about domestic violence are defined. In the next chapter, the profile of the offender and the victim is described, along with an explanation of aggressive behavior. The essential chapter for the thesis is chapter three, which discusses the forms of domestic violence together with possible criminal acts that can be considered domestic violence. The following chapter is devoted to the legislation of the Czech Republic, which regulates domestic violence in its norms, namely constitutional-legal, criminal-legal and correct-legal norms. The last chapter presents law enforcement agencies and their role in criminal proceedings. |
