| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na účetní uzávěrku a závěrku ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce bylo charakterizovat na konkrétní zvolené společnosti základní aspekty tvorby účetní uzávěrky, následně proces zhodnotit a vyvodit závěry na základě získaných poznatků. Demonstrovány byly jednotlivé kroky účetní uzávěrky, jmenovitě inventarizace majetku a závazků, vypořádání kurzových rozdílů, vyčíslení časového rozlišení, stanovení dohadných položek, tvorby a zúčtování rezerv, vypočtení VH a daně z příjmů (splatné i odložené), uzavření účetních knih a sestavení účetní závěrky. Navržená doporučení se vztahují především na zefektivnění a úsporu času pracovnic účetního a finančního oddělení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor thesis focuses on the accounting closure and financial statements Úin a selected company. The main objective of the thesis was to characterize the basic aspects of creating a financial statement in the chosen company, subsequently evaluate the process, and draw conclusions based on the acquired knowledge. The individual steps of the financial statement were demonstrated, namely inventory of assets and liabilities, settlement of exchange rate differences, quantification of temporal differences, determination of estimated items, creation and allocation of reserves, calculation of profit before tax and income tax (current and deferred), closing of accounting books, and preparation of financial statements. The proposed recommendations primarily concern the optimization and time-saving measures for the employees of the accounting and finance department. |
