dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podporu podnikání sportovní organizace. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit financování fotbalového klubu TJ Svatobor Hrádek a následně navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení finančního řízení klubu. V teoretické části se autor zabývá vymezením základních pojmů o sportovních organizacích, sportu a jeho managementu, sponzoringu a následně o problematice financování sportovních klubů. V praktické části je charakterizován zvolený klub TJ Svatobor Hrádek. Dále se autor věnuje analýze financování organizace, jsou zde uvedeny dotace, příjmy a výdaje klubu. Následně jsou znázorněny účetní výkazy, kterými jsou rozvaha a výkaz zisku a ztráty. V závěru práce autor navrhuje možnosti na zvýšení prosperity fotbalového klubu.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the business support of a sports organization. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financing of the football club TJ Svatobor Hrádek and then to propose measures to improve the financial management of the club. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the definition of basic concepts of sports organizations, sport and its management, sponsorship and then the issue of financing sports clubs. In the practical part the chosen club TJ Svatobor Hrádek is characterized. Furthermore, the author analyses the financing of the organisation and presents the subsidies, income and expenses of the club. Subsequently, the financial statements, which are the balance sheet and profit and loss statement, are presented. At the end of the thesis, the author suggests ways to increase the prosperity of the football club.en
