První část definuje klíčové pojmy spojené s úmrtím a umíráním a představuje příslušnou literaturu a teorii. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on examining social workers' experiences of client deaths in residential care settings. The topic of bereavement is one of the most complex and challenging that social workers can encounter and often affects both themselves and clients. The aim of this thesis is to understand how social workers deal with this issue, what impact this topic has on their lives and what experiences they have had with this phenomenon. The first section defines the key concepts associated with death and dying, and introduces relevant literature and theory. The following section describes the research methodology, including data collection and analysis procedures, and includes field implementation in selected residential facilities. The aim is to answer the research question "What experience do social workers in residential facilities have with client deaths?" This work is important because it can provide useful insights that will help improve the conditions for social workers to work in the field of care for dying clients. |
