| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení použitelnosti webových stránek vybraných statutárních měst. Hodnoceny jsou webové stránky Plzně, Jihlavy a Olomouce. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojmy přístupnost a použitelnost. Jako teoretický základ je podrobněji vysvětlen Jakob Nielsenův model deseti heuristik a model použitelnosti podle Shneidermana. Práce dále uvádí praktické faktory, které přispívají dobré použitelnosti. Pozornost je věnována také legislativě, která se týká přístupnosti a metodám, které vedou k jejímu ověření. Bylo provedeno praktické testování stránek vybraných měst a stanoveno pořadí měst podle úspěšnosti stránek. Jako nejlepší jsou hodnoceny stránky města Jihlavy. Z poznatků získaných při testování jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení pro jednotlivá města. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the usability of the websites of selected statutory cities. The websites of Pilsen, Jihlava and Olomouc are evaluated. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts of accessibility and usability. As a theoretical basis, Jakob Nielsen's model of ten heuristics and Shneiderman's usability model are explained in detail. The thesis also presents practical factors that contribute to a good usability. Attention is also paid to legislation concerning accessibility and the methods that lead to its verification. Practical testing of the websites of selected cities has been carried out and the ranking of the cities according to the success of the sites has been determined. Jihlava's website is ranked as the best. From the findings of the testing, specific recommendations for individual cities are formulated. |
