| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá legislativními požadavky na provoz bezpilotních letounů v České republice v kategorii SPECIFIC. Popisuje jednotlivé kategorie dronů a způsoby získání oprávnění k jejich provozu. Součástí práce je také výzkum využití videozáznamů pro tvorbu 3D modelů pomocí technologie Structure from Motion. Analyzuje negativní vlivy komprese videa a množství vstupních dat na kvalitu výsledných 3D modelů. Výsledky ukazují, že komprese dat má často devastující vliv na kvalitu 3D modelů vytvořených touto metodou. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with the legislative requirements for the operation of drones in the Czech Republic in the SPECIFIC category. It describes the different categories of drones and the methods of obtaining the authorization for their operation. The thesis also includes research on the use of video footage for the creation of 3D models using Structure from Motion technology. It analyses the negative effects of video compression and the amount of input data on the quality of the resulting 3D models. The results show that data compression often has a devastating effect on the quality of 3D models created by this method. |
