| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání efektivity leasingového a úvěrového financování majetku společnosti Exova s.r.o. Předmětem první kapitoly je obecná charakteristika možných zdrojů financování majetku. V druhé kapitole představuji společnost Exova s.r.o. a stroj pro řezání vodním paprskem, jehož financování podrobně analyzuji v páté kapitole. V třetí a čtvrté kapitole charakterizuji leasingové a úvěrové formy financování, jejich právní a daňové aspekty, výhody a nevýhody. V páté kapitole je provedena komparace konkrétních nabídek leasingových společností a nabídky úvěrového financování pomocí metody diskontovaných výdajů a pomocí čisté výhody leasingu. V šesté kapitole shrnuji výsledky porovnání jednotlivých nabídek a volím variantu, která je pro společnost Exova s.r.o. v daných podmínkách optimální. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the efficiency of leasing and credit financing of assets for company Exova s.r.o. The theme of the first chapter is general characteristic of possible sources when financing assets. In the chapter two I introduce company Exova s.r.o. and Water jet cutting system, the machine, which financing I closely analyze in the chapter five. The description of leasing and credit financing is featured in the third and fourth chapter as well as legal and tax aspects and also advantages and disadvantages of both forms of financing. There is comparison of the actual leasing and credit financing proposals in the chapter five. The comparison is done by means of the method of discounted costs and method of net advantage of leasing. I recap the results of comparison of the financing proposals in the chapter six. There is also the conclusion of the analyses and the option of financing, which is for company Exova s.r.o. optimal. |
