| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu výrobní společnosti a zhodnocení její finanční situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace a metody finanční analýzy, včetně výpočtu vybraných ukazatelů. Praktická část této práce nejdříve představuje společnost ASSA ABLOY ES Production s.r.o. a poté následuje finanční analýza této společnosti. Analýza zpracovává údaje obsažené v účetních výkazech za období od roku 2008 do 2011. Skládá se z horizontální a vertikální analýzy a analýzy vývoje rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny informace o cash-poolingu a cash flow společnosti. Nakonec je zhodnocena celková finanční situace na základě výsledků provedené finanční analýzy. Samotný závěr obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení současné situace ve společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This barchelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of a manufacturing company and the evaluation of its financial situation. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic information and methods of financial analyses, including calculations of selected indicators. The beginning of the practical part is dedicated to the introduction of ASSA ABLOY ES Production s.r.o., the second part to the financial analysis of the aforementioned company. For the analysis were used the data contained in financial statements for the past four years, namely the period of 2008 ? 2011. It consists horizontal and vertical analyses, as well as analyses of variance and ratio indicators. In the latter section of the thesis follow the information about cash-pooling and company cash flow. In the last part of this thesis is evaluated the financial situation of the company, according to the results of financial analysis. The conclusion contains recommendations for improvement of the recent situation in the company. |
