| Abstract: | Diplomová práce komplexně pojednává o zástavním právu v novém občanském zákoníku, který nabyde účinnosti dne 1. 1. 2014. Práce také stručně vymezuje současnou právní úpravu, jelikož to lze považovat za nezbytné pro porovnání změn, které se v oblasti zástavního práva udály. Dále se práce zabývá pojmem zástavního práva a jeho vývojem na území České republiky zejména po roce 1992. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis treats of the right of lien in the draft of the new Civil Code which is going to come into force in 1. January 2014. The thesis also defines the current legal regulation of the right of lien in the current Civil Code, because it is necessary for comparison of the changes in the new Civil Code. This paper deals with the definition of lien and his development in the territory of Czech Republic, especially after the year 1992. |
