| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá orientačním během, se snahou přiblížit tento sport studentům středních škol a vytvořit metodickou příručku pro učitele a začínající vedoucí orientačního běhu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých činností, které se mohou při orientaci v terénu vyskytnout. Obsahuje tedy základní znalosti, které jsou důležité pro správné zvládnutí orientačního běhu. Praktická část pak obsahuje hry a cvičení, při kterých si studenti zdokonalují jednotlivé činnosti orientačního běhu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on orienteering, with effort to bring this sport closer to students of high schools and make a methodical handbook for teachers and inexperienced orienteering trainers. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with analysis of activities, which we use when orientating in terrain. It content basic knowledge, which is important to do orienteering right. The practical part content games and exercises improving skills required for orienteering. |
