| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na bodový systém za dopravní přestupky v České republice. V úvodu je čtenář seznámen s bodovým systémem, jeho historií a počátečními myšlenkami. Ve třetí kapitole jsou zpracovány jednotlivé přestupky podléhající bodovému systému. Ve čtvrté kapitole je kladen důraz na to, jak pochopit z právního hlediska sankci odnětí řidičského průkazu z důvodu nasbírání bodů. Pátá kapitola je věnována administrativě bodového systému: jak řidiči mohou získat informace o svých bodových kontech,jak se odečítají body, jak postupovat při znovuzískání řidičského průkazu, a zda bodový systém platí pouze pro občany České republiky. Práce zkoumá opravné prostředky proti bodům, a také zkoumá, zda řidiči mají možnost chovat se takovým způsobem, že bodový systém se na ně nevztahuje. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is devoted to the point system for traffic violations in the Czech Republic. In the introduction, the reader is familiarized with the point system, its history and the initial ideas behind it. In the third chapters, the individual violations subject to the point system are elaborated. In the fourth chapter, emphasis is placed on how to understand, from the legal perspective, the sanction of drivers license revocation due to the amassing of points. The fifth chapter is devoted to the administration of the point system: how drivers can gain information on their point accounts, how points are removed, how to proceed in the reinstatement of a drivers license, and whether the point system is valid only for Czech citizens. The thesis examines corrective measures against points amassed, and also explores whether drivers have the opportunity to behave a way such that the point system does not apply to them. |
