| Abstract: | Téma této bakalářské práce jsou "Možnosti podnikání formou franchisingu", jakožto moderní a specifické metody podnikání. Tento obchodní styl je velmi oblíbený po celém světě a představuje dynamicky se rozvíjející formu podnikání. Tato práce se zabývá nejprve teoretickou stránkou a základními pojmy okolo franchisingu, kdy charakterizuje také franchisingový trh v podmínkách České republiky a podpůrné nástroje pro tento styl podnikání. Obsahem druhé, praktické části, je konkrétní franchisingový projekt společnosti Benzina, s.r.o. Je zde představen franchisingový systém společnosti, možnosti budoucího rozvoje čerpací stanice a také rizika, která by tento rozvoj mohla limitovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Business Opportunitties through franchising", as a modern and specific method of business. This mercantile style is very popular all around the world and it represents dynamic developing form of business. At first, the thesis follow up the theoretical side and basic names of franchising, where franchise market in conditions of the Czech republic and tools for this type of business are characterized. The second, practical part, is about a concrete franchise project of company Benzina, Ltd. On this project are presented the franchise system of the company, opportunitties for next developement of the gas station and also the risks, that could endanger the developement. |
