| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je po teoretické i praktické stránce zaměřena na vznik podniku na základě realizace podnikatelského plánu, který podniká v oblasti prodeje zboží, služeb a grafických návrhů. V první části je zahrnut popis postupu při založení společnosti od volby právní formy podnikání až po založení společnosti RainBow Color, s. r. o. v Chomutově. Hlavní částí práce je podnikatelský plán této společnosti, jehož součástí je organizační struktura společnosti, plán personálního zabezpečení, analýza konkurence, finanční plán a marketingový plán včetně PEST analýzy prostředí a SWOT analýzy. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou specifikována možná rizika pro nově vznikající podnik a stanoven předpokládaný vývoj tohoto podniku v budoucnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical and practical points of implementation of the business plan in a company, that sells goods, services and isengagedin graphic desing. The first part of this bachelor thesis describes procedure from establishing the company to choosing the legal form of business. The procedure of founding company RainBow Color, s.r.o. in Chomutov, is included in this work too. The main part of the bachelor thesis consists of this company´s business plan, which includes organizational structure, staffing plan, competition analysis, financial plan and marketing plan, including environmental analysis PEST and SWOT analysis. The last part of the work deals with specified risks for newly established company in the future. |
