| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na samotnou zkušenost s nezaměstnaností. Zkoumá, zda je tato zkušenost rozdílná pro muže a ženy. V první části se práce zaměřuje na dosavadní poznání tématu a v další části na popis a analýzu vlastního výzkumu provedeného v Mostě. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byly zjištěny rozdíly mezi muži a ženami hlavně v oblasti osobních vztahů a pocitů nezaměstnaných. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work focuses on the actual experience of unemployment. It examines whether this experience is different for men and women. The first part focuses on the current knowledge of the subject and in other parts of the description and analysis of custom research conducted in Most. Using semi-structured interviews differences were found between men and women, especially in the area of personal relationships and feelings unemployed. |
