| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena do deseti kapitol. Zpočátku se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou spotřebních daní, strukturou a působností orgánů celní správy a jejich změn od 1. ledna 2013. V dalších kapitolách jsem se na daňové řízení společně s realizací výběru daní v praxi a porovnání výše spotřebních daní ve vybraných státech Evropské unie, konkrétně v Německu a v Itálii. V závěrečné části práce se zabývám především daňovými úniky a rozborem několika konkrétních případů s daňovými úniky spojenými, která se v minulosti na území České republiky odehrály. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is divided into ten chapters. Initially, I deal with the general characteristics of excise structure and competences of the customs administration and their changes from 1 January 2013. In subsequent chapters I to revenue management, together with the implementation of tax collection in practice and comparing the amount of excise taxes in selected countries of the European Union, particularly in Germany and Italy. In the final part I deal with tax evasion and analysis of several specific cases related to tax evasion, which in the past on the territory of the Czech Republic took place. |
