| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zvyšováním výkonnosti konkrétní kovárenské firmy. V první části práce je provedena analýza stávající výkonnosti firmy pomocí finanční analýzy. Následuje stanovení střednědobého plánu pomocí formulované vize a strategických cílů společnosti, včetně sestavení finančního plánu pro následující čtyři roky. Dále je provedena analýza rizik, na jejímž základě jsou vytvořeny 3 strategické scénáře (pesimistický, optimistický a realistický). Tyto strategické scénáře jsou prověřeny z hlediska dostatečné výkonnosti k dosažení strategických cílů. Pokud jsou zjištěny negativní odchylky (Planning gaps), je provedena korekce vytvořením strategické varianty, či přímo úprava strategického cíle tak, aby bylo tohoto strategického cíle dosaženo a došlo tak ke zvýšení výkonnosti firmy oproti minulému období. Na závěr práce je provedena optimalizace aktiv. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with improving the performance of specific forging company. In the first part of the thesis is performed an analysis of current business performance through financial analysis. Followed by the establishment of a medium-term plan, formulation of a vision and strategic objectives of the company, including the financial plan for the next four years. Further was made risk analysis, which is the base for creating three strategic scenarios (pessimistic, optimistic and realistic). These strategic scenarios are assessed for their sufficient of performance to achieve strategic objectives. If the planning gaps are found, the correction is made by creating strategic options, or by directly editing the strategic goals so, that the strategic objectives can be achieved and thus improving business performance compared to the previous period. At the conclusion of the work is carried out optimization of assets. |
