| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabývám zdravotnickou dokumentací obecně. Jejím obsahem, vedením a tím, jak se s ní má správně nakládat. Dále se krátce zmiňuji o fotodokumentaci a o elektronické dokumentaci. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelskému procesu a ošetřovatelské dokumentaci. V praktické části práce prezentuji výzkum, který zjišťuje názor všeobecných sester na dokumentaci. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jestli všeobecné sestry vědí, jak správně dokumentaci vést a jak k ní přistupovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor's Thesis is composed of the theoretical and the practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the medical documentation in general, its content, management and its right maintenance. Then, the electronic and photo documentations are briefly mentioned. The other chapters are devoted to the nursing care, the nursing care process and its documentation. In the practical part a research is introduced. The aim of this research is to learn the general nurses' opinion of the documentation. This research aims to find out, whether the general nurses are well informed about the documentation management and approach. |
