| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast multikulturního ošetřovatelství u ruských pacientů. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy multikulturního ošetřovatelství a specifika v ošetřování ruských pacientů vyplývající z jejich kultury, náboženství a zvyklostí. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu znalostí všeobecných sester ohledně problematiky specifik ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty a výzkumu zájmu všeobecných sester o multikulturní ošetřovatelství.Výstupem práce je informační brožura obsahující přehled specifik ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů ruské menšiny. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the area of multicultural nursing of Russian patients. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of the multicultural nursing and nursing specifics of Russian patients involving their culture, religion and customs. The practical part describes a research of nurses´ knowledge of nursing specifics of these patients and a research of nurses´ interest in the multicultural nursing. The result of this thesis is an information brochure containing a list of nursing care specifics of Russian patients. |
