| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce by měla čtenáře uvést do problematiky úmyslných usmrcení. Zabývá se zhodnocením právní úpravy jednak v České republice, jednak v Anglii a Walesu. Pozornost je soustředěna zejména na popis jednotlivých trestných činů a trestů, jež jsou za úmyslná usmrcení ukládány. |
