| Abstract: | První část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na aktuální stav problematiky registrace obrazu. Konkrétně jsou zde představeny základní metody transformace obrazu, interpolace, kriteriální funkce a optimalizace. V následující části je poté představen návrh a implementace programu a univerzální metody pro registraci medicínských dat a dat z dálkového průzkumu Země. Konec celé práce je věnován testování funkčnosti navržené metody a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků. |
| Abstract in different language: | First part of this bachelor's thesis focuses on the current state of the issue of image registration. Specifically, there are introduced basic methods of image transformation, interpolation, cost functions and optimization. The following section presents design and implementation of the program and universal method for registration of medical data and data from remote sensing. End of the thesis is dedicated to testing the functionality of the proposed method and evaluation of results. |
