| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Stres na pracovišti" se zabývá otázkami stresu, pracovního prostředí a stresu spojeného s vykonáním pracovní činnosti. Práce je strukturována do dvou částí. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům v oblasti stresu obecně a stresu na pracovišti. Cílem této části je vytvořit obsáhlý teoretický základ pro následující praktickou část. Ve druhé části práce jde hlavně o poznatky praktické, získané během průzkumu. Hlavním cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jaké stresory působí na zaměstnance společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The name of this thesis is Work related stress. The aim of the paper is to identify the main sources of work related stress in particular company. The paper is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the field of stress in general and work related stress. The aim of this part is to create a comprehensive theoretical basis for the following practical part. The second part is all about practical knowledge, acquired during the survey. |
