| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na využití vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic v praxi konkrétního podniku. V teoretické části jsou definovány teoretické poznatky získané z prostudované literatury a předpisů vycházejících z platné legislativy. Vymezení významu a potřeby tvorby pro podnik a základních pojmů vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic. V praktické části jsou analyzovány vnitropodnikové účetní směrnice ve společnosti BRUSH SEM s.r.o. V podniku byla provedena charakteristika současného stavu směrnic. Porovnání směrnic s legislativními požadavky. Doporučení úprav vybraných směrnic a návrh nových konkrétních směrnic pro podnik. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present thesis is focused on usage of internal directives conditioning the accounting in practise of concrete company. In the theoretical part are defined theoretic knowledge from studied literature and legislative regulations. Definition of meaning and need to create the regulations for the company and basic definition of internal directives. In the partical part are analyzed the internal directives for accounting in BRUSH SEM, Ltd. It was performed the characteristic of actual quality of regulation. The comparison of internal directives with legislative. The recommendations of adjustments of internal directives and suggestion of new specific internal directives for this company. |
